Prior to your hunt,
contact Animal Artistry, Inc. for your free, personalized shipping tags to take with you on your hunt. You will attach one tag to every skin, skull and set of horns. These tags have your info, Coppersmith Brokerage’s info and Animal Artistry, Inc.’s info to help ease and expedite getting your trophies to us.

For Alaska hunters,
you should go to our link page and contact Alpha Fur. They are our tannery in Anchorage and will make arrangements with you to pick up your trophies, tan them and then expedite them to us.  

For trophies coming from outside of the U.S.,
they will be imported through Coppersmith, who will contact you directly once they receive them. You will pay them for their services and then they will expedite the trophies to us.  Coppersmith will also assist you with CITES and other import/export paperwork.

Once Animal Artistry, Inc. receives your trophies,
Stewart Brown will receive in your trophies and do an inventory. He will then contact you that your trophies are at Animal Artistry and refer you to contact the front office (Mike and Jane) to discuss your trophies and pose instructions and finalize your order. Be thinking from right after your hunt about what you would like to do with your trophies, as it certainly helps move things along. Use this website to help with mounting ideas.

From there, we will send via email, mail or fax a deposit invoice,
for 50% of the charges accompanied by a hold/harmless agreement. This is a standard agreement that we keep on file for every client. This needs be signed and returned with your 50% deposit and from the time that we receive those 2 things (along with your pose instructions), your 6-8 month turn around will begin!

Once your trophies are nearing completion,
We will send you a final invoice for the remaining 50% balance on your order accompanied by a detailed letter with all of the different shipping options available to you. Final payment is due within 10 days and must be received before shipping is scheduled. 

From there, you can select the shipping method that you prefer
(or get Stewart Brown’s recommendation) and arrange for delivery with Stewart Brown.
